Windy, the company behind the Windy.com weather site, sells three APIs. Point Forecast returns about 20 parameters such as wind, temperature and precipitation from a choice of models including AROME, ICON-EU, GFS, GFS Wave, NAM and CAMS air quality; ECMWF is excluded. Map Forecast embeds Windy's interactive map with selectable models, layers and isolines, and Webcams gives access to its webcam network. A free testing key returns deliberately altered data for development only; the Professional point forecast plan is billed annually with a daily request limit that can be raised by agreement. Windy points customers who need history or more variables to meteoblue, which it describes as part of the Windy family.
